Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

This policy explains how Aura Apps Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit this website, auraapps.co.uk. The short version: we collect as little as possible — this site has no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.

Who we are

Aura Apps Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17329998), with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can contact us at hello@auraapps.co.uk.

What we collect

Server logs. This website is hosted by IONOS. Like almost all web hosting, IONOS's servers automatically record standard technical logs when you visit — typically your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser type. These logs are created and retained by the hosting provider for security, abuse prevention, and technical operation of the service. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.

Email. If you email us at hello@auraapps.co.uk, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use this information only to respond to you, and we keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping.

What we don't do

Legal basis

Where processing occurs — hosting server logs and handling email correspondence — we rely on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) in operating a secure website and responding to people who contact us.

Your rights

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have rights over your personal data, including the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@auraapps.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk or by phone on 0303 123 1113. We would, of course, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles personal data, we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date above.
