Sennight support

Aura Apps Ltd · United Kingdom

Sennight is a private diary for people keeping a weekly treatment routine with their clinician’s help. It records what you choose to write down and shows it back to you. It does not calculate doses, interpret symptoms, predict outcomes or advise you in any way, and it is not a medical device.

Getting help

Email support@auraapps.co.uk.

It helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you did just before the problem appeared. Please don't send screenshots of anything you'd rather keep private: your entries never leave your device unless you send them yourself.

Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store. Apple is the merchant of record: you pay Apple, Apple handles billing, renewals, refunds and cancellation, and Apple never gives us your payment details.

Restoring a purchase

New iPhone? Purchases restore through the App Store. In Sennight, open You and choose Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.

Apple Health

Sennight can read your weight from Apple Health, and only if you allow it on Apple's own permission sheet. Access is read-only and limited to weight — nothing else is requested. You can withdraw access at any time in the Health app, under Sharing, and the rest of Sennight carries on working.

Where your data lives

Everything you enter is written to a private file inside the app on your own device. There is no Sennight account and no Sennight server, so there is nothing for us to look up on your behalf and nothing to restore if you delete it. Deleting the app deletes its file from your device. The privacy policy sets this out in full.

Requirements and availability

Sennight is an iPhone app, available on the United Kingdom App Store.

It requires iOS 17 or later, and is built for iPhone.

If something feels seriously wrong

Sennight is a diary, not a clinician. Decisions about your treatment belong with your prescriber. If something feels seriously wrong, contact your prescriber, NHS 111 or 999.
