One dot, one week

A sennight is an old English word for a week — seven nights. Each week is one dot on your path. Log the day’s entry in seconds, add how you felt if you like, and watch the line of your own story draw itself. Nothing is scored, nothing is judged, and there is no streak to lose.

Today, at a glance.

Your next date, a quick check-in, and nothing that nags.

Example dataSennight’s Today screen: the next dose date with this week’s days, a weight card and the daily check-in, shown with example data.

Day, site, time.

Log it in two taps. Nothing else is asked of you.

Example dataThe log sheet: when it was taken, a dose chip, and a grid of six sites with one chosen.

Your weeks, in order.

One dot per week. Your weight, drawn gently, if you choose to add it.

Example dataThe Journey screen: a weight card reading “The same as on Tue 28 Jul” with a gentle line of weigh-ins, shown with example data.

A summary for your prescriber.

Everything you logged, ready for an appointment. It leaves your phone only when you share it.

Example dataThe doctor’s summary screen: a period from and to, and switches for weight, doses and how you have felt.

Two a week, at most.

A reminder on the day and a quiet heads-up the night before. Both optional.

Example dataThe reminders screen: two example notifications, one on the day and one the evening before.

No ads. Nobody buys your data.

No account. No server. No analytics. Your weeks stay on this iPhone.

A diary, not a medical device

It records; it never advises.

What it refuses to do

Sennight is a diary, not a medical device. It never advises. It will never suggest what you take, when, or how much; it makes no predictions, sets no targets, calculates no scores, and draws no conclusions from what you record. Decisions about your treatment belong to you and your clinician. If something feels wrong, speak to your prescriber, NHS 111, or 999.

Private by architecture

There is no account, no server, and no tracking — your diary lives on your iPhone and we never receive it. No ads, no trackers, nothing to sell. Nobody pays us for your attention: you’re the customer, and that’s the whole business model. App Store privacy label: Data Not Collected.
