The short version

You keep your data. We keep the app working. Neither of us is your clinician.

What you agree to

You are 18 or over	Sennight is not for children
You use it as a diary	Not as medical guidance of any kind
What you type is yours	We do not verify or correct it

What we agree to

No server, no copies	We cannot read what you record
Subscriptions via Apple	Billing, refunds and cancellation are Apple's
Changes are announced	In an app update, never silently

Warranty and your consumer rights

Sennight is provided as it is, without warranty. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Not a medical device

Sennight is a diary. It records what you choose to write down and shows it back to you. It does not calculate doses, interpret symptoms, predict outcomes or advise you in any way, and it is not a medical device. Decisions about your treatment belong with your prescriber. If something feels seriously wrong, contact your prescriber, NHS 111 or 999.
